It is submitted by the Counsel for the alleged contemnors that payments have been made in favour of the applicants.

Counsel for the applicants submits that remittance has been received by the two beneficiaries and one is yet to receive the same. He, however, fairly concedes that he has seen the indication of remittance to the third person.

It is expected that the remittance reaches to the third person as expeditiously as possible, preferably in course of this week.

4.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of. 5.

Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
