The Superintending Engineer and another Mr. M.K.Thakur ... for the petitioner Mr. Tulsi Lall ... for the respondents February 2, 2024 [SR] Item No.6 The petitioner prays for a direction on the respondent authorities, being the Superintending Engineer, Electricity Department and the Assistant Engineer -III of the same department to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner to the said authorities on 17th October, 2023. The representation is on record. The petitioner sought for power supply for the premises own by the petitioner. Respondents failed even to respondent to this letter. Learned counsel appearing for the authorities does not have any credible explanation for the delay.

Considering the facts and circumstances, WPA/100/2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation dated 17th October, 2023 within seven days from the date of communication of this order. The order shall be communicated by 5th February, 2024.
