Mini, Member AWARD The dispute between the parties has been listed for determination by the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised /settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement. The Assistant Conservator of Forest has appeared before this Bench and submits that the prayer (b) of the writ petition which is quoted below has become infructuous as the disciplinary proceeding which was initiated on January 9, 2018 against the respondent No.3 has been concluded. "(b) A Writ/writs in the nature of mandamus do issue commanding the respondent authority or any one of them to conclude the Disciplinary proceeding initiated vide memo Dated 09.01.2018 against Respondent No. 3 within a time framed." Accordingly, the matter is disposed of on recording completion of the disciplinary proceeding and satisfaction of the prayer of the petitioner, to which the petitioner agrees.

A copy of the order which was passed in disciplinary proceeding shall be supplied to the petitioner mandatorily, within two weeks from date. The Bench records settlement of the matter and disposal of the writ petition being No. WPA/88/2025.
