No. 144 of 2025 dated 25.09.2025 of PS Aberdeen, in Sessions Case No. 52 of 2025 under Section 103/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

And In the matter of A. Tulasi Vs The State Mr. T. Harish Kumar ... for the petitioner (On behalf of Mr. Rakesh Pal Gobind) Mr. Sumit Kumar Karmakar ... for the State February 10, 2026 [TK] Item No.1 (Supplementary List) CRM/9/2026 be treated as on day's list.

The Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. However, investigation is complete and there is no chance of an early conclusion of the trial. He may be enlarged on bail on any condition.

The Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. According to him, there are sufficient incriminating materials against the present petitioner. The I.O. has prayed for filing supplementary charge sheet in conclusion of further investigation of this case.

It appears from the record that investigation is complete. Charge sheet has been submitted. As such, there is no need for further custodial detention of the present petitioner. The prayer for bail stands allowed.

The petitioner may find bail of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 5,000/- each out of which one must be local subject to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Port Blair and also condition that the petitioner shall not intimidate, influence any of the witnesses in connection with this case and shall appear before the Learned Trial Court on each date of effective hearing of the case. In default, the bail granted to him shall stand cancelled without further reference to this Court.
