This contempt application has been filed against the contemnor for violation the order dated 28.02.2025 passed by this Bench in connection with WPA/96/2025.

Mr. Jayapal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that inspite of service of copy of the order upon the contemnor (annexure P 4), contemnor acted in violation of the order and Mr. Jayapal referred to the photographs (in page Nos. 46 to 50). 3.

Considering all the facts and circumstances appearing in the contempt application Mr. Jayapal, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner is to serve a notice along with copy of this application upon the contemnor and to file affidavit-of-service before this bench on the returnable date.

Let the matter be listed on 20th March, 2025 at 3:30 P.M. at the Principal Bench.
