Request for electric supply was rejected, as appearing from Annexure P-2.

No reason was ascribed as to why the rejection occurred. Petitioner is in settled possession of the plot concerned. Petitioner seeks electric supply for dwelling house. In such circumstances, the respondent authorities will provide electric supply to the petitioner, subject to the petitioner complying with all formalities and paying all requisite charges with regard thereto.

It is expected that the electricity is supplied within a fortnight from the date of communication of this order. WPA/73/2026 is disposed of.
