for the Opposite Parties February 17, 2026 [SR] Item No.4 The revisional applicant seeks direction for expeditious disposal of Other Execution Case No.05 of 2019. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner obtained a decree which the petitioner put into execution. In the execution proceedings, the opposite parties are taking adjournments. The opposite parties filed several applications which are not being disposed of. Petitioner is impeded from executing a part of the decree. The opposite parties are represented.

The execution petition is pending since 2019. The Hon'ble Supreme Court in 2025 INSC 329 (Periyammal (dead) through LRs and others vs. V. Rajamani and another directed disposal of the execution petition expeditiously.

In such circumstances, learned Judge, in seisin of the execution proceeding, is requested to adhere to the timeline in fixed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court Periyammal (supra) and hear and dispose of the execution petition as expeditiously as possible without affording any adjournments to any of the parties.

CO/17/2026 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
