It appears from the records that, the petitioner made several representations from time to time for sub-division of the land in question. Authorities are yet to take a decision thereon. In such circumstances, the respondent no.1 is directed to consider and decide the application for sub-division made by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. The respondent no.2 will afford a reasonable opportunity of hearing to writ petitioner. The respondentno.2 is at liberty to hear such other parties and consult such documents that he deems necessary. He shall pass necessary reasoned order and will communicate to the petitioner and the parties thereafter. WPA/75/2026 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
