By this review application for revision under Article 227 of the Constitution, petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 17th December, 2021, passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal in MACT case no. 10 of 2018 and on perusal of the same, I find the reasoning given therein does not call for any interference and that there is no jurisdictional error or wrongful exercise of the jurisdiction by the learned Tribunal in passing the impugned order and accordingly this application being CO/9/2022 is dismissed and order of the learned Tribunal is confirmed. Learned Tribunal is requested to expedite the proceedings and pass final order without granting unnecessary adjournment to the parties.
