The Superintending Engineer and another Mr. Prakash Minj ... for the petitioner Mr. Rakesh Kumar ... for the respondents February 7, 2024 [SR] Item No.1 The petitioner prays for a direction on the respondent no.2 to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 21st November, 2023 for availing a power supply under the relevant regulations and the electricity supply code. The respondents have not replied to the said representation till date.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the representation will be disposed of expeditiously. WPA/113/2024 is accordingly allowed and disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 21st November, 2023 within a period of two weeks from today.

The respondent no.2 shall give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before giving a reasoned decision which shall be communicated to the petitioner within four days from the date on which the decision is taken.
