So far as other respondents are concerned, petitioner is satisfied with the action taken by them. Learned Advocate for the petitioner has grievance only against the respondent no. 2 and 4 who are represented by Mr. Arun S.

Kumar who makes a statement before this Court that all steps which are required to be taken to redress the grievance of the petitioner, will be taken towards compliance with the directions contained in serial no. 1 and 4 of the order of the Deputy Commissioner dated 21st September, 2023, within a period of four weeks from date and considering such submission of Mr. Kumar that the grievance of the writ petitioner will be redressed, this writ petition being WPA/120/2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 and 4 to take all steps for compliance of the aforesaid directions contained in serial no. 1 and 4, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA/120/2024 is disposed of.
