By the order dated 7th February, 2024, we had allowed the petitioner's application for bail. The order sheet however mentions the petitioner as Salim Barla, upon perusing the chargesheet, which also mentions the petitioner as Salim Berla.

CRAN/1/2024 is allowed and disposed of by making necessary corrections of the order dated 7th February, 2024. The petitioner is to be recorded as 'Salim Berla' wherever applicable instead of 'Salim Barla'. Let the correction be made to this order and the order passed today is to be incorporated and read with the order dated 7th February, 2024.
