The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner has submitted that in view of the communication received from the respondent that due to incomplete address the application for electricity could not be processed and was rejected on that ground, the petitioner, upon furnishing all required information, shall be entitled to electricity connection in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
