Mini .... for the petitioner Ms. Babita Das ... for the respondents February 25, 2026 [SR] Item No.3 The representation for sub-division of the land is pending before the authority since December 31, 2024. Learned Advocate appearing for the Administration submits that, report of the Patwari is awaited. Be that as it may, the authorities need to decide on the request for sub-division, as applied for.

In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent no. 2 to hear and decide the representation dated December 31, 2024 made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from date.

Respondent no. 2 will afford the writ petitioner an opportunity of hearing.

Respondent no. 2 is at liberty to hear such other parties and consult such documents as he deems appropriate. He will pass a reasoned order which will communicate to the petitioner forthwith thereafter.

WPA 89 of 2026 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
