Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. The main grievance of the writ petitioner in this writ petition is against non-issuing of C-Form by the respondent authorities.

The learned advocate for the respondent submits that C-Form has already been issued to the petitioner and the petitioner does not deny this fact. Accordingly, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and the same is disposed of with no further order.

The writ petition being WPA No.195 of 2021 is disposed of.
