The instant revision application has been preferred only seeking direction for expeditious disposal of the Other Suit being No. 26 of 2020 which is pending for last four years. 3.

By the order of expeditious disposal none of the parties to this revision application shall be prejudice. 4.

Accordingly, learned Civil Judge, Senior Division is requested to dispose of the Other Suit No. 30 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible.

With the aforesaid observation this revision application stands disposed of.

Learned Judge is also requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties to the suit. 7.
