Mrs. Santhi Jeevaraj Mr. Debnath Gangulu Mr. Aranya Saha ...for the Applicant Mr. Shatadru Chakraborty Mr. Dibesh Dwivedi Mr. Ramendu Agarwal ...for the respondent The contempt application is taken up for consideration when it has been pointed out by the learned advocate representing the applicant that the prayers relating to some other matter has been inserted in the prayer portion of the present contempt application which are prayers (b), (c) and (d) and it has been submitted before this Court on behalf of the applicant that leave needs to be granted for amendment of these prayers.

Having seen the prayers couched in this contempt application it appears apart from prayer (a) other prayers numbered as (b) (c) and (d) relate to some other matter. By granting leave to the learned advocate to amend the prayer of the contempt application, such error cannot be cured. In addition thereto on reading of the prayers of this contempt application it appears the act of contempt has not been described in prayer (a).

Accordingly, the contempt application stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to file fresh contempt application if the order of this Court is not complied with.
