However, the same has not been disposed of as yet. The respondents had been praying for unnecessary adjournments.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents denies the allegation that there was any effort to unnecessarily drag the matter before the learned Tribunal.

The writ petition is disposed of with the request to the learned Tribunal to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
