Khan ... for the petitioners Ms. Babita Das ... for the respondent March 12, 2026 [MH] Item No.2 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the representation being filed by the petitioners as accepted by the office of the respondent on 30th January, 2026, no steps has been taken and further no communication has been made to the present petitioners from the office of the respondent. In view of the nature of the prayer advanced, I direct that the respondent to take steps in terms of the representation dated 30th January, 2026 submitted before the office by the petitioners, within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order, if required audience of hearing be granted to the petitioners or any other affected parties as the respondent may deem fit and proper.

With the aforesaid direction, WPA/105/2026 is disposed of.
