Learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that affidavit-of-compliance has been submitted before the Court.

2. On perusal of the said report, it appears that the alleged contemnor has complied with the order dated 31.03.2026, passed by this Court in CPAN 10 of 2026. It has been specifically stated as follows :

"3. That in compliance of the Solemn order dated 31.03.2026 passed in CPAN 10 of 2026, the deponent in due compliance of the observations and direction of the Hon'ble Court and upon due reconsideration of the matter, modified the earlier order by waiving

the penalty component. The seized Quarry/Minor Mineral Products was released in favour of the writ petitioner and the same was handed over to the writ petitioner and Release Memo/Supurdnama was prepared."

A copy of the Release Memo is also annexed and the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order has been complied and they have no objection to the contempt proceeding being dropped.

On hearing the learned counsels for the parties and on considering the affidavit-of-compliance, the contempt proceeding be dropped.

CPAN 10 of 2026 stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
