In view of the fact that the order dated 14th November, 2024 passed in MAT/66/2024 has not been complied with, the appellant shall not be given any preference for hearing of the appeal without the amount as directed to be deposited in para 13 of the said order is complied with forthwith. 2.

In the event the said amount is not deposited within a period of one week from date, the prayer for issuance of warrant of arrest pending before the learned JMFC-II at Port Blair being CR No.27 of 2020 shall be deemed to have been allowed and appropriate steps shall be taken to issue warrant of arrest against the appellant.

On fulfillment of the condition of pre-deposit, the learned Sessions Judge shall hear the appeal on the date fixed. 4.

The application is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
