Mishra ... for the petitioner Mr. Rakesh Kumar ... for the respondent June 29, 2022 [SR] Item No.27 The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the failure of the respondent authorities in not considering an application of the petitioner for converting a sole proprietorship firm to that of a partnership firm. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to reasons beyond his control and primarily on having suffered a paralytic attack, the petitioner seeks to convert his sole proprietorship firm to a partnership firm. The petitioner also relies on the No Objection Certificate dated 6 December, 2018 issued by the respondent authority at an earlier stage of this proceeding. The respondent authority is represented and submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 12 March,
2019 appearing at Annexure R-3 to the petition be duly considered in accordance with law.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, WPA/162/2022 stands disposed of by directing the concerned respondent authority to consider the representation dated 12 March, 2019, being Annexure R-3 to the petition, strictly in accordance with law. It is made clear that the concerned authority will not be influenced by any observation of finding in this order in so far as the merits of the application is concerned. The aforesaid exercise of considering the representation of the writ petitioner shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, WPA/162/2022 stands disposed of.
