Tabraiz ... for the petitioner Mr. Sumit Karmakar ... for the respondent June 22, 2022 [GNC] Item No.2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials on record and in the light of the fact that the prime accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by the Learned Sessions Court, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioner may not be necessary but the petitioner is required to be saddled with conditions.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing of bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount and to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on the further condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer and meet with the Investigating Officer once a week till the completion of the investigation.

Accordingly, CRM(A)/3/2022 stands allowed. Pending connected application, if any, are disposed of.
