It appears from record annexed to writ petition that against the grievances raised in this writ petition, petitioner has made a representations before the authority concerned on 1st October, 2020 and thereafter series of reminders/representation have been made to the authority concerned and it is the case of the petitioner that the respondent authority concerned is sitting over the aforesaid representation and not disposing the same inspite of repeated reminders.

Without going into the merits of aforesaid representation this writ petition being WPA/156/2024 is disposed of by directing the authority concerned to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 1st October, 2020 being annexure P-4 to the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representative within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Since this writ petition has been disposed of at the motion stage without calling for affidavits by the respondent, the allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed to have been denied by the respondents.
