for the respondents March 18, 2026 [SR] Item No.7 Learned advocate appearing for the Electricity Department submits that the representation which was made on 21st November, 2024 by the petitioner was dealt with and rejected on 20th December, 2024. The ground, which has been assigned, is that non-submission of residential certificate. In view of the Electricity Authority having rejected and disposed of the application of the petitioner, I am of the view that the present writ petition is in no manner maintainable. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

The petitioner would be at liberty, in such circumstances, to take steps, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, WPA/115/2026 is disposed of.
