The petitioners are stated to be the defendant nos.11 and 12 in Title Suit No.101 of 2021 ( Pradeep Halder and others vs. Manmato Mallick and others) pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), District South Andaman, since 29.12.2021. Relief for partition of land in question has been sought in the said suit. Perusal of the order shows that the next date is fixed for 21.03.2024 for hearing of an injunction application. It further appears that the petitioners/defendants have filed written statement. The issues have not yet been framed.

Considering the circumstances as emerging from the copy of the order sheets along with the affidavit, this Court find it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to take steps for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid suit.

With these observations, the civil revisional application is disposed of.
