In view of the settled proposition of law and the subject matter so involved, I direct that the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 would take steps for supply of electricity connection to the petitioner's house after due formalities/requisites/costs according to the statutory Rules, are complied with by the petitioner. With the above observations, WPA/170/2022 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. Parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order duly uploaded on the official website of the Hon'ble Calcutta High Court.
