Mishra ... for the respondents March 17, 2026 [SR] Item No.9 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that a representation application for providing electric supply has been submitted on 16th January, 2026. Till date, the said representation has not been considered by the Electricity Department.

Having considered that more than two months have passed and such representation is pending for consideration, I direct the department should dispose of the representation dated 16th January, 2026 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA/118/2026 is disposed of.
