Learned advocate appearing for the Electricity Department has raised objection to the maintainability of the writ petition.

In view of the reasoned order enclosed along with the rejection order dated 28th February, 2026, I direct that if the petitioner files a fresh representation with the Electricity Department enclosing the ration card or EPIC card as address proof, the authority would consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observation, WPA/119/2026 is disposed of, without any order as to costs.
