The Superintending Engineer and Another Mr. Prakash Minj .... for the petitioner Mr. Tulsi Lall Mr. Rakesh Kumar ... for the respondents February 29, 2024 [AKB] Item No.2 Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has prayed for direction upon the respondent Electricity Authority concerned to provide electricity connection to the petitioner by contending that all the legal formalities has been complied.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA/161/2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent Electricity Authority concerned to intimate the petitioner the formalities which are required to be complied with by the petitioner, within two weeks from date and on receipt of such intimation if petitioner complies those formalities in that event respondent Electricity Authority concerned shall provide electricity connection to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of compliance of all such formalities. If it is found that no any further formalities are required to be complied by the petitioner in that event the respondent Electricity Authority concerned shall provide electric connection to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of communication of this order.
