Respondents Mr. Gopala Binnu Kumar ... for the petitioner Mr. Sumit Karmakar ... for the State September 20, 2022 [AKB] Item No.9 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that five criminal revisional applications were filed from the selfsame order by five accused who are similarly placed. Revisional application in respect of three of the accused has been considered and rejected. This is an application by one of the accused out of five.

Since the petitioner is similarly circumstanced as with the other three accused whose applications have been rejected, the petitioner do not want to proceed further with his application.

In that view of the matter the application being CRR/16/2022 is dismissed for non prosecution, however, without any order as to costs.
