Respondent no.4 is represented by Mr. S.C. Mishra. It has been submitted that the petitioners were consistently absent when the matter was called on for hearing on earlier dates.

It appears that the petitioners, in effect, by filing this writ petition, have sought to execute a decree passed in Other Suit no. 93 of 2008 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, South Andaman District. It has been submitted by Mr. Kumar that an execution case has already been filed by the petitioners in the Trial Court to execute the said decree and the notice of the said executive case has already been served upon respondent nos. 1- 3.

The writ petition is not maintainable in view of the facts as stated above.

Accordingly, the WPA/176/2022 is dismissed.
