The issue of regularization of Daily Rated Mazdoors is required to be decided by the learned Labour Court at the first instance. Writ petition praying for grant of the said relief will not be maintainable.

Similarly placed Mazdoors have been relegated to the learned Tribunal for seeking relief. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the learned Tribunal for relief. 4.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
