In Re: CPAN 16 of 2025 in WPA 690 of 2024 This contempt petition, CPAN 16 of 2025, arose from the alleged non-compliance with the order passed in WPA 690 of 2024, dated December 11, 2024.

A compliance report has now been submitted on affidavit by the contemnor. In paragraph 2 of his affidavit, the contemnor has categorically stated that the petitioner's land was duly demarcated on April

21, 2025, in the presence of both the petitioners and the relevant plot holders.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has also confirmed that the order has been fully and finally complied with, and the petitioner's grievances have been addressed to their satisfaction. The petitioner has given consent that they would have no further grievance if the contempt proceeding against contemnor No. 2 were to be dropped.

In view of the substantial compliance with the order dated December 11, 2024, in WPA 690 of 2024, as evidenced by the contemnor's affidavit and the petitioner's confirmation, the contempt proceeding stands dropped.

Accordingly, CPAN 16 of 2025 is hereby disposed of.
