Vijay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri V.D.Sivabalan, learned counsel for the respondents. This writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief(s):

"i.

A writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to demarcate and to hand over the physical possession of the land bearing survey No.612 measuring an area of 1 hects. situated at Pachimsagar village under Diglipur Tehsil.

ii.

A writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to accept premium of the land and to record the name of the petitioner in the revenue record of Holding Register of Pachimsagar village under Diglipur Tehsil in terms of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Land Revenue and Land Reforms Regulation, 1966.

iii.

Rule NISI in terms of prayer i & ii.

iv.

Cost of or the incidentals to this writ application be borne by the respondents.

v.

Any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions as Your Lordship may deem fit and proper."

Both the learned counsel for the parties jointly state that in a similar circumstances, a writ petition, being WPA/42/2024 (Shri

Nimal Halder vs. The Lieutenant Governor and others) has been disposed of by an order dated 17.01.2024 and therefore, the present writ petition may also be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order dated 17.01.2024 passed in the case of Shri Nimal Halder (supra). In view of the aforesaid and without expression any opinion in the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 17.01.2024 passed in WPA/42/2024 (Shri Nimal Halder vs. The Lieutenant Governor and others).
