The order dated 13th November, 2024 is mentioned for correction.

In the third line of the first paragraph of the first page of the order dated 13th November, 2024, the expression "survey No. 2504/1/2/2" shall stand corrected to read as "survey No. 2504/1/2/3". After the said survey number, the following survey number shall be added:

"Survey No. 129/2/P".

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 13th November, 2024.

The other portions of the order dated 13th November, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5.

Department is directed to take necessary steps for correction in the order-sheet.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
