The request for sub-division of the joint recorded property described in the representation dated 25th November, 2024 appears to have been signed by all the co-sharers along with the proposed map pending since 02.12.2024 is directed to be disposed of the Deputy Commissioner, North and Middle Andaman, Mayabunder within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order by a reason order, which shall be communicated to the writ petitioner within fortnight thereafter.

Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.

The writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
