Both the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to this Revisional application are present. The instant Revisional application assailed the Order No.49 dated 28.11.2023 whereby learned Judge directed the petitioner to appear before the Trial Judge physically for hearing bail application refusing the prayer for appearance virtually in connection with bail applications. 2.

Learned Judge in his order considered all the medical papers submitted on behalf of the petitioner and finally returned his finding that the petitioner should appear before the learned Judge for a single occasion to surrender before the Court and thereafter if situation so demands he might be exempted to appear before this Court as and when required.

I find no infirmity in the order.

However, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the petitioner has already admitted

in the Hospital in Trivandram, Kerala. Accordingly, he has sought for a reasonable time for appearance of the accused/petitioner physically before the learned Trial Judge.

Given facts and circumstances the petitioner/accused is directed to appear before the Special Judge, A & N Islands at Port Blair on or before 29th June, 2024.

With the aforesaid observation the Revisional application stands disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Trial Judge at once for information.
