1. Mr. Dwivedi, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that the order dated 20th July 2023 has since been complied with by passing a reasoned order dated 9th April 2024. He submits that an affidavit of compliance recording the above has been filed before the Learned Registrar, Circuit Bench at Port Blair. Let a copy of the aforesaid affidavit of compliance filed on behalf of the alleged contemnor be made over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

2. Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and taking note of the fact that the order dated 20th July 2023 has been complied with, though belatedly, for which the alleged contemnor has expressed

unconditional apology, I am of the view that nothing survives in the present contempt application and the same is accordingly disposed of without any order as to costs.

3. All parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from this Court's official website.
