The respondent is unable to carry out the demolition.

Let the Port Blair Municipal Council (PBMC) therefore carry out the demolition of the unauthorized construction mandatorily and positively within a period of three weeks from date.

The Chairman, PBMC shall personally ensure the compliance of the order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
