Mr. Rakesh Kumar, learned advocate enters appearance on behalf of the alleged contemnor and undertakes to file Vakalatnama in course of the day. He would submit that the order dated 24th March, 2025 passed in WPA 169 of 2025 has already been complied with and a reasoned order has been passed on 8th September, 2025.

From the order dated 24th March, 2025, I find that this Court had directed the concerned respondents to take a decision, on the petitioner's representation by giving an opportunity of hearing to the private respondents and the petitioner, by passing a reasoned order.

Since, it is submitted by Mr. Rakesh Kumar that the order dated 24th March, 2025 passed in WPA 169 of 2025 has been complied with, let this matter stand over

CPAN 51 of 2025 and appear in the Combined Monthly List of November, 2025.

The alleged contemnor/respondent shall be at liberty to file an affidavit of compliance identifying and disclosing therein the particulars of the order by which the representation of the petitioner was disposed of. 5.

Let such affidavit of compliance be filed on/or before the matter is taken up next.
