The State Mr. D.Ilango ... for the petitioner Mr. A.S.Zinu ... for the State March 14, 2023 [SR] Item No.2 The petitioner prays for confirmation of the interim bail, which was granted to him by this Court on 08.02.2023 which was extended on 24.02. 2023. In the meantime, the petitioner submits that the charge sheet has been filed and he in the meantime is cooperating with the Investigating Officer.

The State has not raised any objection to such prayer for confirmation of the interim bail and, therefore, the interim bail granted as has been indicated above is confirmed. As charge sheet has already been filed, the accused is not required to meet the concerned officer once in every alternate date, as was directed by this Court on 08.02.2023.
