Since an appeal is the appropriate remedy in law against the impugned order and the petitioner has already submitted to the jurisdiction of the Appellate Authority, no further purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending on the self-same cause of action.

WPA/178/2024 is, thus, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take all grounds taken in the writ petition in the pending appeal before the Appellate Authority. No order as to costs.

Urgent certified server copies, if applied for, be issued to the parties upon compliance of due formalities.
