In view of the nature of complaint, being Annexure P-4, it is quite clear that the dispute is private in nature and this public interest litigation cannot be used for the purpose of settling the grievance of the petitioner against the private respondents. 2.

We do not find any public interest involved in the instant matter. The petitioner wants to settle the score with the second wife and the children of the deceased allegedly with regard to the construction of pathway as mentioned in the said notice and deprivation of share of the petitioner and her children. 3.

On such consideration, we are not entertaining this petition as public interest litigation. However, this order shall not prevent the writ petitioner from taking appropriate steps in accordance with law with regard to her grievances as stated in the said representation.

In spite of service, respondents are not represented. 5.

The writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
