It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the suit has been filed on 10th September, 2018 and repeated adjournments are being granted by the Trial Court to the prejudice of the petitioner.

Having heard the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the Learned Trial Court is requested to expeditiously dispose of Title Suit No.114 of 2018 (Smt

Madhumita Baidya vs. Shri Sandhya Shill and Others) within a period of 18 (eighteen) months from date without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

With the aforesaid directions, CO/11/2022 stands disposed of.
