In view of the aforesaid, CRM(DB)/5/2022 is dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the Trial by keeping a Schedule of at least three days in a month and proceed with the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. Steps should be taken for ensuring the appearance of the witnesses on the date so fixed.

Department is directed to communicate this order to the Learned Trial Court.
