He challenges the list of ineligible candidates dated January 23, 2024. In view of section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act read with Constitution Bench decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of L.Chandra Kumar vs. Union of India and others reported at 1997 (3) SCC 261, this writ petition is not maintainable in the High Court. On the prayer of the learned advocate for the petitioner, I grant leave to the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. WPA/184/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
