...for the petitioner Ms. Nag, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in spite of due communication of the order dated 8th April, 2025, the alleged contemnor has deliberately violated the same.

In view thereof, the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the contempt application upon the alleged contemnor intimating that the matter will be taken up for further consideration on 14th November, 2025 and to file an affidavit-of-service on the returnable date. List the matter, accordingly, on 14th November, 2025.
