Mini ... for the petitioner Ms. Babita Das ... for the respondents March 15, 2024 [AKB] Item No.4 It is the grievance of the petitioner that he made an application before the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman, Port Blair for correction of entry in record of rights of survey no. 203/136/3 and survey no. 203/136/4.

Till date the said application has not been disposed by the said authority.

There is no justification to keep this writ petition pending. Accordingly, WPA/185/2024 is disposed of with a direction upon the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman, Port Blair to consider the said representation in accordance with law and dispose of the same by a reasoned order within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order. Before passing the order, the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman, Port Blair shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Accordingly, WPA/185/2024 is disposed of.
