Santhi and Another Mr. Prohit Mohan Lal ... for the petitioner June 20, 2025 [AKB] Item No.7 This civil revisional application has been filed by the petitioner/defendant No.4 seeking for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 49 of 2018 pending before learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Mayabunder.

Mr. P.M.Lall, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the suit is of 2018 and as such necessary direction be issued for expeditious disposal of the suit.

Notice was sent to the respondent on 03.04.2025 through Speed Post.

It is found that the suit is of 2018. In view of the above learned Trial Court is directed to dispose the suit as expeditious as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

With the aforesaid direction the CO/21/2025 is disposed of. All connected application, if any, stand disposed of. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order if applied for be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
